Running MOT 

A coached session​ for running technique and gait optimisation​​​​.

This 60-minute, in-person 1:1 coaching session is designed to assess, refine, and elevate your running. Led by Anna Klucnika, the session acts as a full Running MOT—helping you move more efficiently, run stronger, and reduce injury risk.

 

What the session includes:

  • Dynamic warm-up tailored to your needs

  • Technical observation and gait analysis while you run

  • Targeted running drills to improve form, efficiency, and strength

  • Personalised coaching and live feedback throughout

  • Structured interval training session to apply improvements in real time

  • Cool-down and mobility work

  • Practical running tips and expert advice, including next steps for your training
